By placing an order on the website, the customer declares that he/she has read, understood and fully accepted these general terms and conditions of sale, the terms and conditions of payment, the terms and conditions of shipment and the regulations on the right of withdrawal. These terms and conditions constitute a binding contract between the customer and PETFOODWEB.
3. Modalities of Purchase
There is no minimum purchase amount required. The prices indicated in the shop refer exclusively to online purchases and include VAT. Transport costs are calculated automatically during the purchase process and vary depending on the value of the basket, weight and destination.
The images in the product sheets are purely indicative and may not faithfully represent the characteristics of the product (e.g. colour, dimensions, packaging). Any differences do not constitute grounds for complaint.
After completion of the order, PETFOODWEB shall send a confirmation e-mail with the order summary and the relevant order identification number. The customer is required to verify the correctness of the data and promptly notify any errors by writing to: info@petfoodweb.com.

PETFOODWEB reserves the right to reject non-conforming orders. Responsibility for the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 working days from reception.

The right of withdrawal lapses if the product is used, tampered with or damaged not as a result of transport.

Any disputes will be settled by exclusively the Court of Turin.

PETFOODWEB reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The amendments shall take effect from the date of publication on the website www.petfoodweb.com and will only apply to orders placed thereafter.
