Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal allows you to return the product within
14 days from delivery, without needing to give reasons, and to obtain a refund (Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
Products not eligible for withdrawal: used, opened, spoiled or damaged products, personalised or custom-made items, sealed goods opened for hygiene reasons, perishable goods, and digital content that has already been accessed.
How it works: insert the
Order number and the’
email which you bought, awards
Check order and, once the order is confirmed, press
Confirm withdrawal. You will immediately receive via email a
Acknowledgement of receipt with date and time, as provided for by Article 54-bis of the Consumer Code.
